This may be an obviously dumb question, but can you add liquid to melt and pour or is it just going to liquify your soap? I have some goat milk M&P but want it to be a brown/tan color so I was going to add a bit of coffee for color. Is this a bad idea? If so, what would you use instead? I also have gold soap coloring drops, but afraid it'll be too yellow. TIA!

I think the most you can add is about 1 tablespoon per pound of M&P. Why not just add some brown pigment or cocoa that has been mixed in a tsp. of oil?
