Adding honey to sugar scrub?

I've heard that honey does wonderful things and I'm thinking of trying to add it to a basic sugar scrub recipe, but I'm afraid it may dissolve the sugar. I made the mistake of adding water to a sugar scrub (duh) and it dissolved the sugar so I don't want to make that mistake again. Does anyone know if I can add honey without it dissolving the sugar?

You could try it, but it will be harder to preserve since there's a good chance water will get introduced into the product.
