adding conditioner to sulfate free shampoo base

Hi Everyone,

Does anybody know what is the best conditioner to add to sulfate free shampoo? I have a sulfate free shampoo but it leaves my hair stiff and dry.

Dimethicone, glycerine, hydrolyzed proteins, honeyquat or polyquat 7 are all good additives for a conditioning shampoo.
