And I know.. this is the photo gallery... so on to the photos :)

These are all made with 100% fresh frozen raw goat's milk in place of the water ... from my very own goatsies :) ... well except for the coffee soap LOL

Great stuff TygrAnn! How did you get that textured look on the top part of the Black Cherry soap?

I covered the top with a piece of plastic wrap... smoothed it down onto the soap then lifted it and re-covered it so it was lightly touching ... gives it a smooth yet textured look

I keep wondering about the logistics of getting my own goat....

Goats are awesome but addicting so fair warning... they are like potato chips ... you can't have just one.

We started off with one "just for a pet" well then he needed a buddy... buddy didn't work out so got him a different one... then got an older one and trained him for packing and carting... then after all the years of not being able to drink cow's milk made the wonderful discovery of goat's milk.. YAY I can actually have milk again!!!... so we got one dairy goat.. then two... then three.. then they had babies (which are absolutely adorable!!!) ....

So you have been warned!!! LOL
...but they are a wonderful and fun addiction :)

I missed these ones before.
Beautiful soaps.
The round white ones are perfect. How did you get the soap to stay so white using gm? When I use it, it always goes at least a light beige colour.

those were done with frozen raw milk and hand mixed... no stick blender... at very cool temps and left uninsulated...

I have noticed a difference in color when using raw instead of pasteurized .. also hand mixing (which takes forever) seems to make a difference too.... will have to play around with it more to be sure though... I usually opt for the stickblender... so much quicker LOL
