I bought a couple of scents from Bramble Berry and I thought I would give a review of them in case others were interested.

The first one I tried was Indian Sandalwood Cybilla Fragrance Oil and I have to say I am a bit disappointed with it. Sandalwood is one of my favorite scents and I was really looking forward to this. While it is a nice scent, it does not smell like sandalwood to me. I do not know enough about descriptions of scents to tell how it seems off other then to say it seems to lack the woodsy scent that I get from sandalwood and smells more of amber to me. :-?

The second one is their Dragon's Blood Fragrance Oil and I have to say that I was much happier with this one. It is a wonderful earthy scent and has more of the woodsy undertones that I was expecting to find in it.

Thanks for the reviews. Isn't it funny how different a scent can be from what we imagined? I enjoy reading other people's thoughts on scents. I've stumbled upon some divine scents because other people were so positive about them.

I have Dragon's Blood too but haven't soaped with it yet.

I hope you enjoy the Dragon's Blood. I am really happy I picked it up. I have a rather large list of scents that I am interested in, I will slowly work my way through at least some of the list :)

Thanks, reviews are a good thing, the more the better! I think that Dragon's Blood sounds great and it seems to be really a popular one. The other Dragon's Blood I've heard about is from Southern Garden Scents. It's such a wonderful scent I've smelled in hippie type stores and I mentally add it to my list of soaps I hope to made someday. A long list that'll probably take five years at my rate LOL.

Peak's Asian Sandalwood is one I hope to try too.

Hmmm, I will have to make a note of that sandalwood... I am looking for a nice sandalwood FO, so suggestions are appreciated :)
