I am about halfway through this book now, and already I see changes in my proprioception (Your brains perception of where you body is in time/space in relation to everything else)... It basically walks you through postural excercises to help unwind and unravel your habitualized patterns that you have gained through life (which are impacted by everything you do...we hold stress/trauma/life experiences in our postural habits)....
Its like becoming (physically and mentally) a new person pretty much...
So I just wanted to reccommend it to my fellow SMF'ers
