Hi all! When your are using SoapCalc, what number do you strive for in the "Bubbly" range? Thanks!
It seems to me that the higher my bubbly number goes the higher goes the cleansing value of the soap so I try to keep the bubbly number in the lower to mid twenties. If someone has a solution for that I would love to hear from them.
I can't get over 20's on bubbly either without too high of cleansing. Only time was all coconut oil with high superfat.
I do sugar now too and hope it gives a boost to my higher conditioning but I'm wondering if all those 'conditioning' oils sitting in there will just negate the sugar also when being used. IDK. I'm not even sure how the sugar boosts the bubbles so can't figure if will help in the end or not.
Like can you do a bar with say 60 conditioning, 40's creamy, only 19 or so bubbly and add sugar to get more bubbles? Would it really work? Thinking some oils likely won't even allow sugar to give bubbles if there are enough of them in there but I'd love to know more info. either way.
I'm so sorry Isg, is tea spoon, no table soon :sad:I haven't been using that much, so I will try a 1.5 Tbsp. ppo
