    Hi everyone! I work in a lab down in central Mexico and the cleaning staff moved everything while doing the cleaning... Somehow we ended up with an unlabeled tub of white round pellets... It could be cetyl alcohol or maybe emulsifying wax? I'm pretty new to this so I don't know how to check...

    Hi all I grew up in Mexico City, then spent many years in the US but have returned to Mexico and plan to stay indefinitely. San Miguel is a charming colonial town about three hours north of Mexico City. Not the easiest place to find soap making ingredients however!

    I'm very happy to be a part of this forum since my very first batch of soap appears to be permanently stuck in the mold... Nevertheless, I had so much fun making it that I'm determined to keep trying. Clearly I need all the help I can get!
