Most of the loaf cutters seem to be preset (non-adjustable) to cut into 1" widths. Any suggestions for either a cutter with adjustable widths or one that is .75"? I have a lot of clients that want smaller bars (older hands, arthritis, etc.) and 1" bars can be a bit much to comfortably handle...
