Do Not put your coconut oil (or any other beneficials) in the microwave to melt them. It kills all of the good things in it!! Use your double boiler to warm them up gently!! The microwave destroys the live cultures in everything!!

I tried making my first batch and it is wrapped up in my favorite hoodie on the bench in my office, doing it's thing (saponification) until 2:00 today! I will try to post it! I'm so excited and it was so easy and fun to teach myself!! I am really excited!! I may never go to town again!!
