Thanks very much for sharing your method! I'm always interested to hear about rebatching techniques. We do something similar, though a bit less intensive. We cut up the "unwanted" soap into small bits and combine them with a fresh batch of CP soap. We call it confetti soap...

Right, HP soap can be used soon after making but I still like to let mine cure for 2-4 weeks so that they last longer.
