0.5% Allantoin
Hot oil phase:
12% Oils and butters
3.5% Cyclomethicone or dymethicone
2% cetyl alcohol
2.5% emulsifier (Soft and Silky or BTMS)
1.5% IPM
Cooling phase:
0.5-1% Extract...
