    Sometimes your hair needs to adjust. I notice that when I make a new shampoo bar with a new formula the first time I use it my hair will feel strange. Try it for a week and see if it changes. I used that same recipe but for curly hair. Only difference is an oil or protein

    Thank you everyone! Sorry for the VERY late response. My son ended up getting Covid and I completely forgot I asked this question 🤦🏻‍♀️ Normally my lye concentration is 50% so maybe with the grapes having a higher water content, that wouldn’t be a bad idea?

My water amount in my recipe is 344 grams to 125 grams of lye. I have 200 grams of purée. Do I deduct the 200 from the 344? I guess I’m scared that...
