Soap with sawdust-ouch! It wasn't what I expected...

Luckily I haven't had this problem much, but once in a while if the scent isn't as I expected after weeks of curing, once it is used-the scent always seems come back.

Re: mp disaster I am sure you did, but make sure to cut the soap up in little pieces before microwaving it. On a cookie sheet? I would give it a try, but watch the soap because MP gets very hard-and you may find it's hard to cut with a cookie cutter. Best of luck! And oh- about buying FO...

Even M&P is a "trade" within itself. It's easy, but you still need to practice, practice & more practice. Melt at a low temp, or at shorter bursts in the microwave-should bring a more even melting. You will find what works for you, & what doesn't. Best of luck. And if you do wait too long, the...

Just finished 24 lbs. of CP. Whew...I am tired. Large batches are fun, but heavy...soaps should be cured for the holidays coming up... :) You say, 50 lbs. of shea-wow sounds like something wonderul and dreamy is going to be made. Good luck!

Let's start with your passion...what do you LOVE, not just like? Then add the color you also are passionate about...Is it pink, what about the north~ where does that come in? What about a shade of pink, with the north added or vice versa? So many possibilites, tell us more :)
