    Yep, distilled is different from tap, I'm aware of that. The recipe did say, "distilled or soft water". Soft is what I had so soft is what I used. I've already diluted the paste so it wouldn't matter now and it's cleared up considerable since last night and is even much lighter than 5 hours ago...
