I make a body butter that has shown to be really good from a therapeutic standpoint so I try to keep it as "natural" as possible. Any good suggestions for colorants that are reasonably natural? I've thought about just using food coloring.

Has anyone used home canned goat milk in their soap? as opposed to store bought? Aside from an assumed small amount of discoloring, did you have any problems? TIA

Tried finding something but I get either or so.... I'm getting ready to try a wine batch. I've boiled down the wine but my question is if I can use just gm and wine in place of the water or do I still need enough water to match the lye? Help?

I just tried my first two color batch but when I tried to removed the soap from the mold, the insert pieces didn't come out with the rest. Did I let the first color sit too long before adding the second color?

Does anyone put pumice in their soap and would you share how much you use? I've got a pretty basic base recipe I use that is lard, Olive Oil, Coconut oil with minor variations as I play with things. any input would be great! thanks
