Thanx seven! I am not able to make creams..i tried making twice with beeswax,but it was very very thick and oily..never tried again..and adding natural extracts to cream,i have no idea..i have to add preservatives for that.

Hi all!! Its monsoons in India, and my soaps are sweating heavily. Cured ones are very sticky and slippery to touch..and the ones recently made are also quite moist..its a real problem handling them while packing and it is also losing its scent. What should be done?

Hi! I tried to find pine tar,but could not get it..my father is in forest department.. he got the gum extracted by pine tree..its thick white in color,and smells like turpentine oil..can it be used in place of pine tar?

What if i make another 500 grams paste and add that to the present soap mixture? Would it not balance the amount? it would be 1:1 ratio.

Recipe on Miller page has high coconut % around 23%. Would it not dry the skin? Cleansing is 15 and conditioning 65. Has anyone tried it?n how much superfat to make it moisturizing? What if we superfat with neem oil?

I checked the recipe on soap calc. Cleansing number is high and conditioning low..will it not be stripping?
