You shaving soapers, i am looking at making a couple rounds that will fit in the shaving soap bowl. What to use for a mold? I thought about a Pringles can?

I guess i need to see a "real" soapers soap to compair.... I might be thinking it should be super super bright like a hi gloss paint :). So maybe my expectaions are all wrong.

So my last couple pours I took them and put n heating pad covered for 20 minutes then turned it off and left coverd for 24 or so hours with no real difference. I have 1/2 plywood arount the mold, even the bottom so I wonder if thats the problem? Wood all around the mold is to thick for the...

So how do you all figure what colors you use with what FO/EO? Do you pick colors then a FO/EO to match or the other way around?

Any good tips on cleaning your bowls, utensils and stuff after a soap? Seems I wash and wash and wash under hot water.... Got to be something easier

Anyone know of a good peppermint candy (round) mold or embeds? BB has one but not real good reviews

I have tried BB and Nuture Soap. I am using Micas, 3lb (48oz) mold and using 1tsp of each color.

Other than gelling, is there a way to get your colors bright? It just seems mine are just dull looking, no brightness, no pop no nothing. I have gelled on a heating pad with same results. Thanks

So I have got in a 16oz bag of TD pigment, can someone tell me how to go ahead and pre mix up a 8oz or 16oz bottle? I know it says 1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. of oil, but I need bigger than that for these bottles... Thanks
