I do both as well. Since I have been practicing with swirls lately (one color only so far), I have really liked the small amout of color in my bars more than the whole bar being colored. I do have a few bars that are natural colored which I love also.

I have never tried freezing it but I keep it refrigerated. What benefit does freezing do? I soap at room temperature so I don't think it really matters.

I substitute Aloe Vera juice (cold) in all of my soaps and I do not discount at all. No problems so far......

When I checked their website, they say 100% pure essential oil and they do have some that are blended but they state that clearly. For instance: Ylang Ylang is Buy one 10ml and get one free for $14.99 plus shipping. I am skeptical but I might just purchase a few small bottles and see.

I was doing a little research last night to see if I can get better pricing on essential oils and ran across Puritan Pride and their EOs are really cheap compared to what I am currently spending......sometimes, you have to wonder if cheap is good! Has anyone used any of their oils before?
