You sure achieved some bright colors! 😍 I live in a pretty humid climate, but I still like to wait about 2 days before wrapping my bombs as well...and I'll often get the window treatment kits at the end of the season when they mark them down, because they will shrink right up when you hit them...

I agree with the answers above. Also, you mentioned having lard, but you didn't use it in your first recipe. It's much cheaper than Shea butter, and along with some other oils, it can make a really wonderful bar of soap, so definitely try incorporating that. But just experiment till you get...

OMG!! I cannot believe there are still pop micas out there!! I wish I had known they were going away, I would have bought a big bag too! :-D I LOVED them! I don't think there will ever be a perfect replacement for them...how very cool you still have some! By the way, beautiful soap! :-)

I really like NG! I get a lot of my fragrances from them, and they carry tons of other soap/lotion/candle/cosmetic supplies. Yet, as with any company you will get a few "duds" here and there, causing you to have to order from multiple suppliers, but NG is one of my main go-to(s).

I love the look of this one also. I've used a very long list of additives over the years, but for some reason I've never used flax seed! I just may have to give it a try. :thumbs:
