    A few questions

Irishlass is the word. Many people have different preferences with oils. Do some research on what each oil brings to a soap bar and experiment with quantities to decide what you like best. Unlike Irishlass, I hate lard but I know others swear by it. I like 20-30% of coconut oil in every...

What size T-shirt are you most likely to buy?

I hear that. Hence why I prefer to work graveyards. It allows me to spent my nights off on the same schedule. (BTW I will get you that tutorial. My camera died and went to a very bright place. I'm getting a new one tomorrow. Today, later, after I am off work and have visited the soap store XD)

Long rant on trying to be SuperWoman

Maybe, all I know is death and such fascinates, has since I was a kid and not in a "I'm going to go out and be a serial killer way." Most Evil Men and Women of History is my favorite series. Spent a whole day in a dungeon in Switzerland years ago, now that I wouldn't want to have in my basement...

Long rant on trying to be SuperWoman

I would have loved to live in a house like that growing up, I still would. I'm planning a trip to Japan in November and one of the Ryokan's I want to stay at was once a geisha house :D I was also gitty to go to Victoria (BC) for a couple of days in the winter and I went for a walk in a park full...

    Check out this ebay shop!

I'm in Canada but I bought a couple of molds off this guy, cheaper than it would be to buy a silicone mold of the style here. The cathedral bunt mold was to awesome to pass up.

    What is your favorite FO?

I don't have one favorite. I like mixing a couple no matter what I am soaping. There are many that I think work and smell great together. Just got a bunch from a couple of forum members so I'm looking forward to blending so new fos. I think I have 40 different scents now.

Congratulations" Canada" on a Magnificent show

I had to work through the opening ceremonies at a call center but I am so excited to make my way into Vancouver to look at the torch and pavillions. (Also looking at scooping up a cheap ticket to one of the expedition matches for anything, frankly.) For the small bit I got to see I do...

    What supplier?

Excellent. This pay check is an oils check so by the time you've played with the new fragrances it'll be fragrance time.

whats flavors is anyone making lately?

I made Rosemary and Tea Tree, 100% coconut for my roommate and Lemongrass and Marjaoram, castile for my grandmother. Almond coconut sounds so nice. Hemp scents scare me, allergic, I wonder if they actually contain hemp. Cause if they don't... Could be safe. Cannabis rose sounds interesting.

    Can you overcook your soap?

Blend it in a blender, add water and nuke it! Worked perfectly. I do believe the adding water and grinding the soap into dust is the key.

    What supplier?

Lucky me, I do have an American address I can ship, so Peak isn't even bad. It's just a matter of waiting for the roomie's mom to come up. Nature's Garden is next on my list to try. I just hate waiting, ha.

    What supplier?

I just received my Peak oils and I have to say I love them. However for sake of shipping, I do like Voyageur (Canadian here) since it is in my town. Since the FOs and EOs at Voyageur are as good as Peak, WSP and SOS scents that I have purchased, I'll probably do most of my FOs my shopping there...

    What are your other passions?

Writing is my biggest passion of all. I'm working on a novel that I would like to have completed before this time next year, but we shall see. Next is sewing. I've been doing it most of my life so I can pretty much figure out how to sew just about anything if I stare at it long enough. Now...

    Can you overcook your soap?

I have overcooked my soap. It gets crumbly and solid with ever leaving your pot. On the brightside, you can rebatch overcooked soap.

3 Things that I bought for making soap that I've never used.

So far mine is two plastic molds and I don't plan on using them. Oh silicone, how could I ever use them when I have you? What I'm seeing is that it is smart that I soap on a smallish budget it means I'm careful about what I but. Do have unused salts but I'm waiting on containers.

I'm grateful that she lived so long. She did some much good!

    Story Time....

Thanks. Soaping makes everything better. Why can't I dream about soap? I know a kid that was attacked by squirrels. He'd been throwing nuts at them earlier. Thirty minutes later they returned the favour.
