Totally gorgeous!

Brambleberry's Plumeria is pretty good - I have the actual tree/shrub and did a smell check last summer when the blooms were out. The fo is a little more complex than the flower, but definitely a close one imo. My DD also feels they smell very similar to each other. HTH! Tanya :)

My DD loves Ellen's show. She spent quite a lot of time off school in the past year or so and that was her favourite show to watch. I saw some of it as well (I am not a TV watcher per se, but when it's on I gravitate to it...lol...) and she has to be one of the most down to earth and endearing...

Oh, my soap was in a direct swap with Terry - I took him a bar of each of my first 4 batches and he gave me some of his to take home with me. I live not far from him and drive right past his home when dropping my son off to a friend's house :D

He is pretty awesome that is for sure! I have a collection of Nizzy's soaps too. My DD loves all his colours and fragrances, so she has snaffled a few as well. Did you get a pinky swirled one? Smells of rose geranium, lemon and patch? That one is divine. I haven't used my square dividers...

Karen will be very busy in the run up to Christmas and she is a single person operation, so no time to even scratch herself...lol....

Soapcalc http://www.soapcalc.net/calc/soapcalcWP.asp is very good for seeing the different properties of soaping oils. PO adds hardness and creaminess, PKO adds a lot of hardness and bubbliness. PKO is more lie CO in its properties, PO is a good substitute for lard. I love formulating...

It has an SAP value Ian, so I'm thinking it is in the right place. Quite a few soapers add it to their oils to create a harder bar. Tanya :)

I have heard that for safety (so microbes do not grow, even with a preservative) to keep your GM to under 12% of total recipe. Using aloe juice for the rest of the water-based ingredients is a nice option too. I have never made a lotion so cannot comment from experience. Sorry I can't be of...

Oh Kittywings! I am so sorry this is happening to you. I do know that one of the pop micas morphs to orange (the strawberry I think) but I haven't heard of them fading? I have only used the grape pop so far and the colour has stayed a nice lavender purple for me in two batches so far at 1 tsp...

Imo palm oil is the closest and yes, definitely run it through a lye calculator first. Palm adds hardness and creaminess along with some moisturising. PKO on the other hand, adds hardness and cleansing with bubbly lather. HTH! Tanya :)
