I just made a batch this weekend using 3% stearic acid to make it a little firmer. It turned out just like any other batch but I have not used it yet since I only just made the batch.

Mine does that some times, not all the times and I have yet to figure it out. When I go to use it I just strain it out and all is fine. Has not messed up one of my batches yet.

I feel your pain. Just sit back have a drink and think it will all be better tomorrow :-)

I made up a batch of cream using Prolipid 141 and BTMS Condtioning Emulsifier. The batch was looking so good, thick, creamy, just what I wanted. Then at cool down I added Optiphen Plus and my FO and the emulsion fell apart. It went all watery. It did thicken up a little bit more after setting...
