Most likely yes and yes ... I use this peppermint herbal tea that has a beautiful scarlet color ... however once mixed with lye it turns brown and has no scent .. this is just one of the many ... at the very least, expect the color to morph and have no scent ...i've done peppermint, orange...

Thanx for the suggestion Tab ... there's a lot of good stuff in there .. it's less expensive the WSP's ... the clear thing isn't a big deal ... it would give me something slightly different that what's flooding the shelves so I kinda think that's pretty cool :o) .. Thanx again!!

I usually do mine as I'm unmolding and cutting ... like I said .. a little tiny tingle at this point isn't a huge deal .. but you'll know if you get a bite .. there's no mistaking it.

Does anyone know where I can find a high quality body splash base ... I tried WSP ... it's good ... just not great. Any suggestions are more than welcome.

Online Labels has them .. but there's a bit big in diameter .. it's not a big deal though, you just wrap it around and it really does look quite nice.

I want to say someone in the forum told me you could use up to (MAX) 1 tsp per pound of oils ... I must caution you though ... it does speed trace if you use that amount. I use about a quarter teaspoon PPO and have had snow white soap. My recipe includes shea & mango butters, a healthy portion...

Hold a sliver of soap to your tongue .. if it burns like hell and you want to swear .. it's lye heavy .. a little tingle or nothing at all means it's good

I mix them together all the time .. as goofy as it sounds .. blueberry crumble and OMH go exceptionally well together ... it's one of my favorites

I like Liqupar Optima, Phenonip, and Germaben II. I've had great luck with all of them when used in accordance with the manufacturer's usage guidelines.

I do have to say .. haven't had a leak with my TOG and those liners take some serious abuse .. I tore my silicone one while I was contorting it to get the soap out.

I made this a few weeks ago (maybe two) for the kids .. but they turned out so well I might make more .. just do a shallow batch of soap in a slab mold ... then take a flour sifter, add the micas/sparkles that you want to add ...fully sift your sparlies on the entire top of your soap ... swirl...

I'm having a tough time getting the right light so you can see it ... it's not a super duper sparkle, but the 24k gold gave it a gorgeous sheen. I need to get a good picture of it so I can start listing on Etsy :( I think I may have to take it outside to photograph. BTW .. I'm getting my...
