I think you need to use more kelp to get a true green..

I use baby oatmeal cereal now. I do have a 5 year old oatmeal soap that is still just fine..( ground the oats in a coffee grinder.)

That is beautiful soap..I would use the bars with honey spots first. I too mix the honey with the warm oils and sb the heck out of it before I add the lye mix.

There is no benefit to a lye heavy bar, ( I hope no one uses one of theirs on their body). A lye heavy bar can be used for laundry soap. I don't super fat laundry bars.

I make tooth soap with 3 oils and EO no other additives . I make it HP and do nothing else but cook it until it is done. My hubby's teeth are plaque magnets, his check up's are better using the tooth soap vs toothpaste.

Soap does not have to be perfectly beautiful to be awesome soap..I an sure your soap will feel awesome on your skin.

I find people that try to take the easy way never last very long in the business, it is a hard very costly business to be in.

I store my soap in shrink wrap that does not breathe, it is just fine. I live in a low humidity environment.
