    Batch #23 2nd coconut Mango

Wow, Neil. Very nice soap. Great pic of the cardinal. We don't have them here, wish we did. You are lucky to see them! I like the composition of the pic. The green in the tree against the red feathers and the gray background. Very good, indeed.

    Winter Pics

I've been playing with my camera quite a bit lately (someday I'll figure out what all the buttons on it do!). Anyway, thought I'd share a few. This is Mt. Princeton (14197'), taken from our front porch. Our dining, living, kitchen and master bedroom windows look out on this peak. This is...

Guess Who's Coming To Dinner !!!!

Gee, can I invite a dinner guest, too? I've adored Aragorn since I was 8 years old and first read the Lord of the Rings, long before the movie was ever made. When I heard they were making the movie, I had no idea who they could get to play that part. I was NOT disappointed!! I make...

    Goat Milk

I use fresh (ultra fresh from my own goats). I use it to make the lye solution, add it at trace on the rare occasion I use another liquid for the lye. It does nice things for soap. I have never used powdered.

    Advice On Shea/Aloe Please

Hi, Bevvy. I've been using it as a moisturizer, hand lotion. I mix in whatever essential oils I want. I have used both a mixer and by hand. I prefer just just whip it in by hand. Great stuff!

Tab, are you familiar with John Denver's song "The Eagle and the Hawk"? One lyric from it that always gives me a chill is: "And all those who see me, and all who believe in me, share in the the freedom I feel when I fly." A beautiful song. Thanks, again for the pic, Neil, I haven't...

    Hello new to forum!

HI. I also use natural colorants and eo's. The outlet where I sell on consignment is an all natural/organic co-op (like a farmer's market, but you have to be a member to shop there), so any artificial ingredients, FO's or colors are not allowed. I love the challenge of finding good soap...
