Silicone is probably your best bet for non-stick, but you need to figure out how to adhere it to the wood.

Just tried a blend of 1:1 Ylang Ylang:Jasmine FO. I am finding that EO's definitely smell, how should I say, medicinal, compared to FO's. Did a 2:1 Lavender:Peppermint blend as well, which is more minty than lavendery.

Their cheapest is still more expensive than the smaller 26oz container at the local grocery store.

Anyone have any good bulk sources for fine salt to use in salt bars? I'm getting a little sick of just buying 26 oz sizes at the grocery store since a batch can take up almost one whole container. My CostCo didn't have it, and Gordon's Food Supply had 25 lb bags of iodized salt.

I like WSP for avocado and castor oil. Good prices on other oils outside of Soapers Choice.

Well that is around 5%, and depending on the EO used, it may have been fine. The 3% rule is just a general, overall rule. Some EOs should probably be used at even less that amount.

I promise I searched for this but couldn't find the info. As a significant volume of salt bars is salt, how are people calculating the amount of FO/EO to add? Based on oil weight or total combined oil/salt weight?

Colors look good printed. Where is the name of each scent/type of soap going? I don't see any space on the front.

I'm trying to imagine how this wraps around the soap bar. First, I really like the logo, nice, simple, and clean. Not sure about the black background, but the green is nice and striking. I think from a logistics point of view printing those may not look as jet black and contrast-y as they are...

It also allegedly drives out the water, so if you consider the water reduction component of curing, it does lessen that.

Odd, I had always thought CPOP made the colors pop more, not less. Perhaps a view of the cut soap, not the outer surface, would show that difference.

Placed one order and it took at least 3-4 days for them to actually ship the order out. Not a fan of that turn around time.
