    even color?

Come to think of it, I always add oats when I add honey so maybe it is the oatmeal. Now I am going to have to experiment and use just honey one of these times. Laurie

Witnesses: Canada bus passenger beheads seat mate

I just came back from a camping trip with my husband today. My 14 yr old told me this story and apparently it happened as they were leaving my city. I am going to find out the details by tomorrow. Regardless this is very close to where I live. I was absolutely horrified. Since I have 3...

    even color?

Hi...for the most part I only add 1 tsp of honey per pound which would be about 4 tsps for the amount of oils you mentioned. I am just wondering if the amount of honey with the gm which has naturally occuring sugars may have caused the dark color, or the darker gel color in the center. After...

Well I was thinking of trying a 30% CO bar with a 10% superfat. I also find it drying, but I can get it right here at a decent price, about 25 kg pail. No shipping charges are great. HTH Laurie

    Two more

Godiva...I bout the orange juice, the almost 1 gallon size. I mix up my solution in an old tupperware pitcher and pour in the oj container to store. Seems like the oj would be a little stiffer than the distilled plastic container. Not sure though. That's just how I do it. Good luck, Laurie

    how much fragrance oil?

I suppose it would depend on the fragrance and how strong it is. But using .7 oz ppo would put you at 3.5 oz for a 5 lb batch. I have used a little more than that depending on the fragrance. HTH, Laurie
