Does anyone list their ingredients properly?

In Canada we are required to list every ingredient or CI number if the colorant has one. When I use mica's, neon's, pigments, etc I list all ingredients. It does take up a lot of space on the labels but it is required by Canadian laws.

    Bentonite didn't dissolve

I use bentonite clay in some soaps, it's a great additive. It is different from other clays as it will not dissolve in oil. Replacing Palm Oil with Lard

I use lard for the majority of my soaps but I also use palm oil. I did some research on palm oil. Yes it's absolutely horrible for animals to lose their homes and there are sustainable sources of palm. That being said, it's also known that most palm oil is used for bio-fuel. Also since palm...

    Kaolin Clay Recipe Help!

Kaolin clay added to soap is great! I add 1 tsp ppo (per pound of oils) to all my soap recipes; unless I add a different clay. I mix it with a bit of water from my recipe and then stick blend it into my oils before adding my lye water. I've added poppy seeds and they are quite exfoliating, I've...
