The place I have ordered my fragrance oils from says the FO's should be used at 5% but it does say per what. There's a side note that says 1/2 ounce to 1 ounce per pound of WAX but it only gives a percentage for the soap. How would I figure out how much 5% is? Does that mean 5% of my total oils...
