Yes, I used a FO from NaturesGarden. Vanilla Champagne I think it was. Also have another question if you don't mind. I am considering experimenting with an 80% Lard 20% CO but I'm unsure of how to SF? I see some people doing high SF while others lower. Any advice?

What kind/brand of lard do you buy?

I've done it as soon as 5-6 hours after I pour it but most time wait 24 hours. As previously mentioned I just "feel" it. Something that helped me a lot was to start using sodium lactate. It seems to firm right up now.
