Wow! Ya mine was lots of oil and when it cooled and i tried to discard nothing would stick together and it looked more like cheese curds lol.

No way really?! I am hot processing as we speak but still soupy. If i keep cooking will it help? Also, i am worried about what that amount of superfat will do to my pipes. Probably best to just scrap it i guess

Well first of all the recipe called for 5g and it seems i added a zero and added 50 g 🤦‍♀️. I used a 3% superfat with no extra.

Arrrgghhh is anyone out there now that can help? Please? Instead of sodium citrate i added citric acid to my batch. Is the recipe dead or can I counteract my mistake?

I ordered some food grade calc carb and it should arrive in a couple of days. The reviews were good from people who made toothpaste. Will keep you posted
