I use room temp goats milk and add it to my oils before adding the lye solution. I divide my total liquid in half, half distilled water to dissolve the lye, and half goats milk that I stick blend in my oils. My temps are usually below 90 degrees F.

@Tammyfarms I scrapped it. The fragrance disappeared and it had a bizarre orange color to it. I don't like what I don't like. If I look at something that I make and it looks disgusting to me, I cannot see it another way.

I have been getting a lot of ads for goimagine on my fb feed. A couple months ago I was getting ads for my community. I also get ads for Michaels handcrafted selling community. The goimagine site sounds like what Etsy started out with. It is nice that the profits are going to help children.

I bought a bunch of boxes thinking I could just slide my soap in them. My soaps are too big for the boxes.

I don't have luck with blue spirulina. I have to add blue mica to it to get blue or it turns a greenish brown.

It all comes back. It did for me. If you loved making soap in the past, you will love it again. Hope you are having fun with it.

I watched a video, I cannot remember the title, but they mixed gold mica in isopropyl alcohol and sprayed it on their soap batter. I wondered if it rubbed off when used. Has anyone here tried that?

Black Raspberry & Vanilla (NG fo) Snowflake ❄️ soap. I made the embeds last week. Same soap recipe just unscented. Aloe juice, coconut milk, TD, blue spirulina slurry with azure mica.
