    Key Lime Essential oil

Hello soap enthusiasts! I am wondering how well Key Lime essential oil holds up in cold process soap that goes through gel phase. Anyone have any experience with this one? Thanks

It turned almost a shade of orange, more orange than before, but i also used a different supplier for the neem oil, and when...

Can you tell me more about this 40% lye? I have my recipe at 7%SF, will the 40% lye effect this? I used the Brambleberry lye calculator to figure out my recipe. I haven't done much research for the lye and water discounts.

I soap at a cooler temp like 83°f to avoid gel phase, I put it in the freezer for the first few hours then move it to the fridge over night. In the morning I...

    CP salt soap

I'm planning on doing 18% superfat 85% CO, 10% AO and 5% SB. I will use the pink Himalayan salt. I know they are supposed to harden up fast and thought maybe its gels that fast as well.

    CP salt soap

Hi, I'm interested in making a salt bar but I'm a soaper who intentionally avoids gel phase. I'm wondering if the salt bars have to go through gel phase or not. Also any feedback on salt bars would be appreciated. Thanks
