No. it was just a smell contained in the PVC tube. Once I got it out and let it air dry for a few hours it was fabulous!

My 1st goats milk batch I just went all in...added lye to it and it turned a dark orange color and smelled!!!! even when unmolding it smelled so bad I thought it was ruined. Turns out the smell goes away and I had a really gorgeous light ivory color after I added TD to it. I cant wait to try it!

1st time I made them they looked so pretty in the mold...then my husband got wild hair to go to the beach so I left them in the molds. Came back 2 days later to a BB lava because he turned down the AC and the humidity got to them.

The amonia smell is completely gone now and smell like the Hibiscus FO I put in it.

I am remelting a batch of my pineapple wax melts. After they cooled there was no scent at all :mad: So now I am trying to figure out what scent I have that will match the yellow color the wax is :rolleyes:

I bought some shelves from Depot and have my boys assembling them. Whoo hoo! I have a soap/craft room downstairs but hate it. Its like I am socked away from everyone. So now I can just store finished or curing goods down there and keep making things upstairs :-)
