    My charcaol soap causes pimples

    Hey @Faithhhh_ I've heard that new soap can sometimes cause underlying dirt to surface - causing pimples - when first used... so this is actually a good thing. But if you've been using it for a week, then, that's a different issue. So -- how long have you been using it?
