    Nice soap Sugars and carbs won't work with the Citric acid I have in the recipe since those type of liquids need to be frozen to not burn

    I did put the water in the freezer for a little bit but wasn't frozen or anything... but cold enough I guess Maybe stop doing that and just leave it at room temperature water. I just can't remember even further back if I did that .. usually I just put it outside for a bit, I'm from Canada so...

    The past couple soaps I made I noticed that my lye/citric acid solution becoming a white cloudy and slightly thicker consistency solution and not the usual clear colour solution What is the cause of it? Thanks

    I don't use mica... only natural colorants I just use 4g per 410g of oils/butters ... I just melt the oils/butters and then use the charcoal and kaolin clay then add my lye solution ... that it I'm sure you can add the charcoal after u mix oil and lye together or add it at trace.. i assumed...

    Good idea but ain't buying one Gonna just MacGyver it and use a food blowtorch that i already have and heat up a nail or screw and make holes with it
