Isn't it great? It never gets old the researching and testing. Soapmaking is not easy. Let me rephrase that: It is easy to make a batch of soap but to tweak and perfect it and work through the many failures to get that perfect recipe, that isn't easy. Good job on doing your research ❤

I have a lot of hard oils in my recipe. I find that 95° is about the sweet spot for me.

I think you are fine they are brand new, they won't suddenly break on you. Just slowly transition over time if you want too.

Yes they do. One of my friends had a Pyrex container shatter all over while she was soaping so just because it has never happened to this person doesn't make it a good idea to use it.

I made a blend with dark patchouli, himalayan cedarwood, lavadin and rosemary that smells amazing but I agree with you that rosemary on its own is ick.
