The soap came out really nice. It was really moisturizing. Once again, I only used 4oz for a 20oz batch of soap. That was enough oil. Plus with only using 4oz it took Long to reach trace. Hope this helps

    mustard oil?

I've made soap with mustard oil. It makes a smooth moisturizing bar. However it takes a longer time for the soap to reach trace. Longer than usual. I would also recommend not to use a large percentage of mustard oil because the soap bar may end up being too soft. For example, I made 20 ounces...

    Question about beeswax

Hi, I bought some beeswax from an herb shop in Saudi Arabia. The color was reddish. I could see some yellow but it looked like it turned red, not like it was colored red. Anyone ever seen beeswax turn red before or any other color than yellow? I'm a bit afraid to use it.

    Sea butter description

A friend of mine showed it to me. It is from the middle east. It looks like small shark fins. It is white in color, light weight and can be grinded. She said they use it for marks on the body like stretch marks and so forth. But I was curious to know if anyone in America had ever heard of...
