Unfortunately skin lightening has a lot of negative connotations and whilst I understand why pigmentation may be a reason I know lightening products are often pushed to poc - which prompted the negative responses.

If you use soap kitchen for assessments you have to use their products I think, you are better going direct to Scott which is who SK uses anyway.

If you are selling your cosmetic assessor will give you the labelling/ingredients list. As far as I know you have to list the CI colour number not each mica ingredient and with FO you have to list the allergens separately.

Not sure about the US but we have to use an approved CI colour number name which in think already incorporates the various mica components

Dont forget the OP is in Denmark which means (depending where they are selling etc) that each fragrance would need to be safety assessed and registered before sale so most EU soapers wouldn't have anywhere near 30-40 different fragrances or products. How many bars kind of depends of location...

Tbh the only problems I've had with FO was with floral, I dont think I've had a bad one from any reputable UK supplier. Try ordering something from the Soapery or Livemoor or even MNG, they dont add postage so are always good for testing. But if you want reliable FO, approved for use in the UK...
