    Trade Salt Soap?

Sure, I'd be happy to trade a salt bar with you . . . I've got lots! What kind of scents do you like? Floral? Pumpkin Spice? Perfumy? Fruity? ??? My recipe is 78% coconut, 14% avocado, 5% castor, 3% beeswax, 50% salt. It also has a touch of coconut milk powder and kaolin clay. The beeswax...

Anyone Have Experience with Muddy Soap Company?

@dibbles Thanks for your input. So far my experience has been good. I haven't actually used any of their products yet. I'll update, probably with a new thread, when I use something.

NDA Canada has no more minimum order!

I received an email from NDA (US) a few days ago outlining some changes, including the no minimum order. I was very pleased, as I've not ordered from them in years due to needing to have a far larger minimum than I'd like to pay.

    Some new soap pics

Whenever possible, I HAVE to look at your soaps, @KiwiMoose! They're too beautiful and elegant to pass up.

    Actual baths

Yep, same here. Bath isn't deep enough to keep me warm, and I don't enjoy soaking in water that has been covering private parts. Edit: I was agreeing with @artemis about problems with the tub.

    Bulk Apothecary -

I purchase coconut oil and a few other miscellaneous items regularly from BA. I've tried different FO's but only consistently use their Oriental Pink Gardenia, which does speed trace, but I work with it because I like it . . . and the fragrance sticks. Syndet shampoo bar recipe help needed

I switch from using at least three foamings: apple, silk, oats. I've liked them all. Your syndet bar is very pretty! I'm not sure if this is the best place to insert this link, but I think it could be helpful for formulating shampoo/syndet recipes. It tells about different hair types and...

How Do I Get Rid of Unused, Fairly New FO's?

When doing my inventory at the end of 2019, I found some FO's that I do not want to keep. They are unused and still fairly new (purchased within the last year, I believe). Obviously, I opened them to smell them when they arrived. As far as I know, there's nothing wrong with them; I just don't...

    Norwex

"Here's a wonderful website that I found that's run by Dr. Annie Pryor Ph.D, a biochemist who has done several simple, in-home testing of several different brands of microfiber cloths (including Norwex and E-Cloth), and she has posted her testing procedures and results so that you, too, can do...

    First try at salt bars

I use the exact same recipe over and over, but not all of my bars sweat. It seems to be what they are fragranced with. The ones with peppermint and lime eo's were some of the worst sweat-ers. I use only cavity molds.

    Fishy salt bars

Salt bars, in general, make me happy - happy to make, happy to use, happy to look at. Yours is no exception! I like the color combo and the simple fish outline.
