You will need airflow for curing. How long ago did you make it? Scents usually calm down some during cure. I leave mine in open containers for 6 weeks minimum, but ymmv.

You don't have to match molds and cutters up, they all work the same way. I love my multi-bar cutter from Nurture Soap. I bought the 9" and while it requires an extra cut for longer loaves, it's no big deal and is quick. I'd definitely buy it again, along with my Caterpillar...

Nurture has Frangipani Jasmine, it soaped beautifully for me.

Thank you! That design was done at thick trace with a scraper tool. I have several 3d printed ones that I've played with, but that one had the best results.

I also had a cheap wire cheese cutter for a long time. It worked, but was far from perfect. I also have a Bud log splitter. Now I have a multi-bar slicer and just got a Caterpillar that makes me giddy.

I cut the 3 batches I made yesterday. A splash swirl challenge club attempt, a remake also done as a splash swirl, and a tree soap for the monthly challenge here. I made sure I chose a horizontal cut swirl for the tree soap so I could test my Caterpillar. I am in love. 😍
