What is the best fragrance oil ever?

This is what I am using for the ones I sell. It is still a great scent.

What is the best fragrance oil ever?

I'll agree with this one! I do make dragon's blood to sell, but from someone else. I don't share mine!

    Batch 2 - remake

Well I just wasn't thrilled with it so I didn't take a picture at that time. I don't dislike these however I was trying for a teardrop.

SMF May 2022 Challenge - Infinity Swirl

I smashed what was in the bowl into cavity molds then scooped what was poured out and tried to smooth the cavities out. I'll try again Monday. The FO was Blue Agave from Nurture (which smells lovely btw). It notes slight acceleration, but mine was pretty drastic. 🤷‍♀️ I know better!

SMF May 2022 Challenge - Infinity Swirl

OMG do not try this with an unfamiliar FO! Not soap on a stick, but it waited until I had about 1/3 poured before it went from pretty fluid to paste in a blink. It ended up scraped and globbed in cavity molds. 🤣🤣🤣

    Batch 2 - remake

This is batch #2 for the day, both remakes, but I'm hoping to be happier with the cut of this one. Now I'm off to masterbatch more lye so I can maybe get another remake taken care of. I'm planning to dedicate tomorrow to challenge soaps!

What soapy thing have you done today?

    Planer/beveler

I currently have an acrylic combo. Both pieces work, just not as well or easily as I would prefer. I rarely use it because it's time consuming. I have been invited to several craft shows coming up in the summer and fall. While I don't mind more rustic bars, but customers might?

    Planer/beveler

Ive run across a planer and beveler combo that does both at the same time. Wondering if anyone here has one and what you think.  Multitrim pro

What soapy thing have you done today?

You are missing an oil and it won't harden? That seems odd. But it makes it easier to throw it into the crockpot for a rebatch. Just and the oil once it's heated up enough to mix it in evenly.

What soapy thing have you done today?

I browsed fragrance oils. Of course I purchased more that I don't need. I also added a Caterpillar to my cart. I didn't get as far as completing the order yet, but I'm guessing I won't hold out too long.

What soapy thing have you done today?

That's how I used to do it. I still was getting shadows and it annoyed me. I spent a whopping $18 and got rid of them. And trust me, I searched for the cheapest one! 😆

What soapy thing have you done today?

I ordered a cheapo lightbox from Amazon and spent a couple hours taking pictures of soap. 😆

SMF April 2022 Soap Challenge - Straight Line design

Thank you! I'm really not disappointed with how it turned out, just knew I could get straighter lines.

Entry thread for the April 2022 SMF Soap Challenge - Straight line design

I originally made a soap with 6 layers that was nothing close to straight lines. These aren't perfect, but much improved, even with the stearic spots on the 1st layer. I probably should have used the same angle for each layer, but I wanted it to be less uniform so used a few different things to...
