    Is this partial gel?

Hello, thank you for sharing the picture, it looks just like this. I didn’t use TD, here is my recipe, any comments are welcome :) Hi, Aargh, I have some more on these-I’ve done some research, perhaps I didn’t mix the fragrances in enough? I’m always afraid of fast trace so I hurry stirring in...

Why Yes, I did do 4 CP Soaps my very first time... What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

That’s a great idea, as when I’m picking out my fragrances I get overwhelmed with the scents. I feel I can “taste” them, which I do not want to do!

    Is this partial gel?

Hi, this uncolored soap is uneven in color- is this from a partial gel? It looks odd and random throughout the soap. Any thoughts are welcome :)

    Woulda,Coulda,Shoulda Nightmare! Wrong Stuff?

Also thank you the warning about topping up the lye master batch (I was planning on doing this). To clarify, if you add a cooled lye batch to the batch in the container it will heat the batch? Thank you

    Woulda,Coulda,Shoulda Nightmare! Wrong Stuff?

Thank you! I hadn’t thought about the spout. I have white floaties in my master batch. Could this be left over laundry detergent or just lye floaters? I tried to strain them out of the lye solution as I poured it out but the solution wouldn’t go through the strainer, it just sat on top of the...

Pomace olive oil the fastest acceleration I have ever seen. How can I slow it down?

Thank you very much, I have wanted to use this oil, but the graphs put me off. I don’t sell, just for family and friends :) Is it important to look for high oleic sunflower oil or will any sunflower oil be okay?

Pomace olive oil the fastest acceleration I have ever seen. How can I slow it down?

Hello, I’m experimenting with oils too, and finding many have low longevity. Are some of these longer longevities than others? I want to add sunflower due to its other properties, but it seems to lower the longevity. Any assistance is appreciated :)

    Safe Containers for Master-Batching Lye

Hi, this is very helpful! Sometimes I read to use 1:1 for master batch, then add the rest of the liquid to the oils on the day of soap making. Yours is ready to use, including the sodium lactate, yes?
