Placing (cutting) embeds on front of cut cp soap

Hi I made some gingerbread people a month or so ago about 3" tall. I love the smell. Now I'm thinking about how to use them. Was thinking of pushing them into the top of a new bar so they look like they are drowning in soap (not really the look I want, however). Other than that I wondered about...

    Salt Bar Recipe

 That doesn't sound good! It's already fine grained but I was thinking of making it finer - maybe I'll use it as is instead!

    Salt Bar Recipe

I second that! Bought me some cheap fine pink Himalayan salt at TKMaxx. Might just give it a bit more of a blend before using. Those EO blends sound interesting as well

3D Printed Bath Bomb / Shampoo Bar Moulds

There's even a 3D file to create a multi bar soap cutter!! https://www.thingiverse.com/make:319577 Quite a few other bits required and not for the faint hearted, I believe!

3D Printed Bath Bomb / Shampoo Bar Moulds

Ooh - exciting! That would be wonderful. I'll bet your uni printer will be better than the $300 roughly home made job I was thinking of buying. :) I was using a wonderful laser cutter at uni a few years ago and just loved it. I would love a 3D printer as well. I'll look into the prototyping...

3D Printed Bath Bomb / Shampoo Bar Moulds

Sorry, I've been out all day. This is the info on a selling site of these in the US - 'Please note that these molds are 3D printed with PLA plastic and are HAND WASH ONLY. Please only wash with cold water as high temperatures can melt and deform the mold. Please do not soak molds in water as...

3D Printed Bath Bomb / Shampoo Bar Moulds

I'm not sure we're talking about the same things. This is a three piece press similar to the pneumatic set which compresses the mix and gives a tighter feel than the metal or silcone ones. You just use hand pressure though to form it. Same as Cadasoapery on Etsy makes. None of these are on...

3D Printed Bath Bomb / Shampoo Bar Moulds

Thanks Deborah, I did think that as well. Trouble is I think the printers over here would be a lot more expensive than over there as well.

3D Printed Bath Bomb / Shampoo Bar Moulds

Hi All Here's a question for people in the Australasia area. Does anyone know where these are available here abouts to buy? Surely someone must be jumping onto the bandwagon locally and making the wonderful mould shapes you can get in the US. Any ideas? Jane

    Hi from Sydney, Australia!

I don't add a miniscule amount - I pile it onto the butter (but it has to be butter). Yummy with spag bol and salad sanger as well. REALLY yummy with grilled cheese on top on toast :D - I have to stop now as I'm drooling over the keyboard.

Their fragrances sound great by all accounts. Lots of mine start off fine but then fade away.................... much like my willpower when faced with chocolate :(

    Very proud Mama...

Looks really great! Did you wrap the inside of the mould with a wood grain look mat?

    The soap scent review board

I notice you mentioned Candle Science the other day as well - was that through a local supplier or did you organize shipping yourself? They say they don't send internationally.

Do you think it would be useful for a non US member?
