What soapy thing have you done today?

I had a great show on a really cold rainy windy day last year...Most of the other vendors left! Sometimes it doesn't all go bad. Hoping for breaks in the rain for you!

    Cold Process MUST HAVE soaps

I always try to have a lavender or lavender heavy blend. Also a minty or eucalyptus option. Those are the two I get asked about a lot. As far as my must haves, I like earthy, patchouli, cedar, type scents/blends. Also citrus, it sells well, did you use folded orange 10X, 15X?

    Fixing Liquid Soap Separation

This is an old thread (I've never even seen these members post since my joining several years ago, not sure if they are still active), so you would do better to post your question in a new thread. To answer your question though, it just looks like you haven't diluted it enough. It doesn't really...

    Getting in shape

Man....I'm like you but day one you right now. Covid, my covid pregancy, and nursing my now toddler, then being put on antidepressants...my weight has crept up 10, 15 lbs since before Covid-times. Prior to that I started a sedentary job, so my weight was already up 10 lbs from baseline...

How do I go about finding a female doctor in the US?

The easiest way to find an in-network doctor will probably be going to your plan's webpage, make an account and use the search feature. I'm pretty sure every health plan has something like this. I do this for every doctor I plan to visit because out-of-network bills are the WORST! You can...

Looking for a great Freesia FO

Their site is working okay for me. Have you tried clearing your cache & cookies? As far as freesia goes though, I'm afraid I'm no help.

I can't wait for those days! Mine are still too young as well. They are interested, but they need a little more coordination first.

What is the BEST rose fragrance???

This sounds good. I'm currently using English Tea Rose from WSP and it is a lovely fresh rose fragrance (imagine going out to the garden and smelling a rose right from the rosebush)... but woof is it expensive. I would recommend the English Tea Rose, but like almost all other rose scents, it...

    Old Timer Here

It's just wild to me that 10 year old opened walnut oil didn't go rancid...theoretically the shelf life of walnut oil is pretty short because of all of the PUFAs which are easily oxidized. Glad it worked out okay though.

    Epsom Salt

They are a very powerful laxative but that probably won't help you too much for 19 lbs worth. Google says it can be used for homemade play doh and slime. Crystal projects as was mentioned, you can even frost over your windows with it.

    Old Timer Here

I wouldn't expect 10 year old walnut oil to still be good to use in soap... but: Welcome!

    It's not terrible but...

I'm at work and I watched without sound so forgive me if any of this is mentioned The white looks like glycerin rivers, you must have gelled the soap. As far as the colors not turning out how you'd like...it seems like you have the right idea about adding more, but they look good to me. As...

What Bath & Body Thing Have You Done Today?

Off the top of my head, I took out the oil phase, added cucumber extract, I also didn't use any aloe (only distilled water) but might change that for the next time...that might be all but let me check my notes when I get home She has three posts that discuss a similar formulation, so I kind of...

    Neapolitan soap and fragrance woes

I think I saw your post about it a while back and it's been on my mind but I haven't taken the leap yet. I'll have to get a 2 oz with my next order.

    Neapolitan soap and fragrance woes

I love everything I've tried from Brambleberry except for relax (smells like play doh to me) and apricot freesia (which smells like literal dookie or BO... 0/10 would not recommend). One of my favorites was summer fling but they discontinued that one. My other main supplier is raising their...

What Bath & Body Thing Have You Done Today?

Here are my results so far from my modified shark sauce. It has been 10 days and I was discouraged to look in the mirror yesterday because I m still struggling with my acne (stress/cycle and diet related) but I thought this morning I would snap a pic just because to compare and man…I do think...

Can I get your thoughts and opinions?

Fantastic benefits would have me picking that one, even more so if you didn't have to pay in to the benefits from your own paycheck. Also, it makes me wonder if the second company is salary because they want to work him to death and not have to pay overtime...especially at that salary I think...

    name this soap

I agree that you should go along the apple lines for naming. I find that my "unique" named soaps don't move...because people don't know what they're supposed to smell like. I would say if you want to go abstract with it, something like snow white themed... I can't think of any other apple-y...
