Yep! My funnel spout is a little longer than normal, I think! Plus, I like to see how the pouring is going! I just can't stand the extra work to use the squeeze bottles and anytime I do the batter seems to thicken quicker. But that was before I became more comfortable with my recipe and soaping...

I once dropped a container of yellow mica waiting to be mixed with batch oil onto the floor. It was only 2 teaspoons but it gained momentum on its way to the floor and reached every crack and crevice it could find. I'm still cleaning it out of hidden places. PS... does your paper towel holder...

If I want my micas to stay true and bright I don’t add kaolin clay. I do find it gives mica a pastel color. Also adding more mica to compensate may also contribute to acceleration. So something to think about.
