    Might get into this.

I have one soap that does that every time. For my soap I believe it's the blend of E.O.s

Help with an EO blend for CP soap, please..

Patchouli helps a lot of things.

    Hanger swirls

So I answered your post with "Next time." Yesterday was next time. Another day of experiments. So the first attachment is a 3 colour soap like the Lilac ^^^above, using the same method only I inserted the hanger in as before AND came back to the starting point inserting it at 10:00 or (11:00)...

Help with an EO blend for CP soap, please..

@Zing, I like to blend spearmint with Anise and a touch of Clove. Also use it with a Green Tea fragrance, with the FO going ahead. With Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Rosemary it's a morning awakener! Add cedarwood if you must.

    Cracklin' Birch FO

The only chocolate I ever sell is Chocolate Mint at Christmas time. Goes well. Chocolate FO and Supreme Peppermint EO from NDA. Since we're on this topic, what chocolate do you suggest for this?

    Cracklin' Birch FO

I also rarely call a soap by the name of the FO. But then noses are so different that the person buying might shake their head at what I call it.

    Cracklin' Birch FO

Well I'm not sure I get any of that smell but I don't know what tonka bean smells like. To me it smells woodsy with a spicy touch. I personally like it, but not enough to buy again. And it doesn't move fast here. Perhaps I need to change the visuals.

    Cracklin' Birch FO

Yes I think of a fire too. Suppose this would be a good idea for a fire soap if I could reasonably think I could do that.

    Cracklin' Birch FO

Does anyone have a thought about why this FO has this name? I don't get the cracklin' part, and birch? Well it is kind of foresty.

    Clary sage substitute?

Not criticizing you in the least. Just saying my experience. I like your expression, "mind smell." That's how I create my blends. When I think of Clary, I think a little camphor, a little tangy, perhaps lemongrass, and earthy. (Patchouli)

    Clary sage substitute?

I only smelled sweetgrass one time and it smelled nothing like my clary sage.

    Clary sage substitute?

I have thought of Rosemary or something herbaceous with dark patchouli but there again dark patchouli is expensive. If you want only EOs this next idea isn't ideal but you could choose a herbaceous earthy FO.

    Hanger swirls

Perhaps too many hard oils for True Lilac? My recipe is 50% liquid oils. Another thought is lower lye concentration. And soaping at 90 degrees. But you know all that.

    Hanger swirls

No I didn't do both diagonal directions. One time through making loops (written lower-case e's?) close together. I didn't cross my design.
