Even the “rejects” are amazing!!!

This was my first attempt. Pretty but muted and I wanted something brighter and swirlier. I wish I had not run out of purple mica! This was safflower, alkanet and spirulina. Scented with Nag Champa FO and orange essential oil.

I miss plumeria and leis from when I lived in Hawaii. I wish I had any kind of green thumb to keep one indoors. I live in Central Pa so it’s not likely to survive however I have seen quite a bit of hibiscus here this past summer. The decent is heavenly! You’re so kind into offer some cuttings!

I put my TD directly in my lye water usually and it comes out great outside of glycerine rivers. The last soap I made I’m with it for the challenge was a sticky gooey mess with diluting just water and not in my whole batch of lye water. I think I’m switching to white mica but I have a lot of TD yet.
