    Your favorite stick blender

I have a Cuisinart and a Kitchenaid. I prefer the Cuisinart. The Kitchenaid is hard to release the blender attachment. Plus, I think it creates bubbles. I had an Oster for a long time but the little knob that held the blender broke and I was unable to fix it. I found the Cuisinart at TJ Maxx...

    Turtles

Thank you! They are so cute! I got them on Amazon but unfortunately they are single molds but they do come in a set of four - Sea Turtle set. I like the size and they were really easy to remove from the molds without damage.

    Turtles

I just removed these cute little babies from their molds (eggs?). I used leftover batter from my first attempt at the Infinity Swirl challenge. They are so cute! I wasn't sure if CP would do ok, but they're pretty solid. I guess my 2nd attempt at the challenge will be the same colors so I can...

SMF May 2022 Challenge - Infinity Swirl

Thanks for the clarification and the links. I did see November 2021 Mantra Challenge site yesterday...wowza! Such talent! I did my first try today. Halfway through my figure eights (right in the center of the loaf) my brain disconnected from my hand. I don't know what my hand was doing but...

SMF May 2022 Challenge - Infinity Swirl

@earlene, What is the difference between the mantra and infinity swirl? Are the sections in the Infinity Swirl solid colors whereas the Mantra you mix the colors? I got confused when I looked at videos on YouTube because the techniques look the same other than when you lay in the batter. Just...

    Getting in shape

I hate to admit it, but when we visited Ireland I gained 10 pounds from all that good beer! I don't usually like heavy beers, but the beer there was delish!

@Zany_in_CO - some good points there and @Christine Beale 's photo is an inspiration (and a lot of work!) but you can't compare the date someone joined SMF to where I or anyone else is in their soaping journey. Maybe @AliOop just recently decided to start selling but Christine started a year...

What soapy thing have you done today?

I found it on their website Spring Cleaning cookies @ allrecipes.com. yum yum! ETA: Hmm, I just noticed the magazine gave options for the nuts and chocolate. It is also had fruit options and the recipe size was half the amount of the website.
